Delivery confirmed for each proposal

Destination coverage, shipping cost and estimated lead time are confirmed for the selected product and variant before an order is accepted. An unknown stock position is not “in stock”; special-order supply does not itself mean a pre-order or a fixed delivery date.

Delivery, collection and setup

Free delivery, collection from a company address and included installation are not general promises. Access conditions, transport, any assembly, positioning or system setup, and their costs must be agreed in writing. Do not travel to the registered or fiscal address to collect equipment without separate confirmation of an authorised collection location.
