Enquiry before an order

This website accepts enquiries; it has no checkout or online payment. Sending a form, requesting a quotation or requesting a listening session does not create a sale, reserve stock or confirm an appointment.

Individual written confirmation

Before any order is accepted, the seller must confirm its identity, the exact product and variant, total price including applicable taxes, delivery and other charges, payment arrangements, territory, availability and estimated delivery. Listening, home demonstration, installation and setup require separate confirmation of their availability, location, scope and cost.

Consumer information

Where a distance contract is proposed to a consumer, the required pre-contract information, withdrawal procedure and applicable statutory rights must be provided on a durable medium before the customer is bound. These enquiry conditions do not replace the particular sales contract or reduce mandatory rights.
