LineaSonora
Returns, withdrawal and warranties
Applicable statutory rights
A consumer distance sale is subject to the applicable withdrawal and conformity rules. Spanish law generally provides a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period for qualifying distance purchases and three years of statutory conformity protection for new goods. The exact conditions, dates, procedure and any lawful exception must be explained before the contract is accepted.
No automatic exclusion for special orders
A product being ordered from a supplier does not by itself remove withdrawal rights. Any exception, such as a genuinely personalised product, requires assessment against the law. Manufacturer commercial warranties supplement applicable statutory rights; they do not replace them.
Arrange the procedure first
Contact the seller identified in your quotation or invoice to report a fault or request a return. Return destination, transport arrangements and any lawful costs must be confirmed; the registered office is not automatically a returns warehouse. You may also use the LineaSonora contact form for assistance.
